Rebecca Stephens MBE is the first British woman to have climbed Mount Everest and the Seven Summits, the highest peak on each of the seven continents. She is an outstanding speaker on motivation and teamwork. It promises to be a big year for Everest, a BBC documentary has been scheduled and wide-spread newspaper coverage can be expected on the story. The year 2003 also happens to be the 10th anniversary of Rebecca's first ascent.
